Our annual team day brought together staff from all four business units — General Insurance, Life Assurance, Microfinance, and Asset Management. For one day, the focus wasn't on policies or portfolios. It was on people.
Games were played. Friendships were tested. Catering was overwhelmed.
But beyond the fun and food, the day served its real purpose: reminding everyone at Zimnat that behind every claim processed, every loan approved, and every policy renewed, there are real people who care deeply about the work they do.
