- Service providers — technology, payment processing and other service providers acting on our behalf

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.
For insurance policies, we generally retain records for a minimum of seven (7) years after the policy ends. For loan accounts, records are retained in line with applicable banking and credit regulations.
When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These include:
