Zimnat Insurance Group (Private) Limited hereby advises all stakeholders of a change in shareholding structure at Masawara Investments Mauritius Limited, the holding company for Masawara Holdings.
With effect from 25 November 2025, the shareholding at Masawara Investments Mauritius Limited has been restructured as part of a broader group rationalisation exercise. This change does not affect the operational structure or customer-facing activities of any Zimnat business unit.
Zimnat's four business units — General Insurance, Life Assurance, Microfinance, and Asset Management — continue to operate normally. All policyholder obligations, loan commitments, and investment mandates remain fully intact.
